By accessing striviz.com.au and registering for any Striviz programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Enrolment in a Striviz certification programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Striviz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort if minimum participant numbers are not met, in which case full refunds will be issued.
Participants may transfer to a future cohort date at no charge up to 14 days before the programme start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future cohort.
All Striviz programme materials, including the Striviz Framework, playbooks, diagnostic tools and digital content, are the intellectual property of Striviz. Participants may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise these materials without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Striviz's liability for any claim arising from participation in a programme is limited to the amount paid for that programme.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
