You apply the Striviz Framework to a change scenario across all an immersive programme. Assessment is based on your work product — not a multiple choice exam. You leave with a real Change Management Plan.
Yes — if you complete the self-paced programme and later want the full in-person cohort experience, you can upgrade. We credit your self-paced fee against the in-person price, so you only pay the difference.
