Striviz is built for HR leaders, project managers, operations executives, team leads and organisational development practitioners who want a practical, repeatable system for leading change. No prior change management certification is required.
The core certification is a 3-day immersive delivered in-person or via live virtual sessions. After certification, participants gain access to community resources, practitioner check-ins and ongoing tool updates for 6–12 months depending on their enrolment tier.
Striviz certification is recognised across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and internationally among practitioners applying the methodology. We are in the process of seeking formal accreditation with peak HR and management bodies.
