Change management that considers the long term.

Sustainable organisations don't just change fast — they change well. Striviz is committed to building change capability that lasts, delivering responsibly, and contributing to the communities we work in.

Responsible practice across everything we do.

Sustainability at Striviz means more than environmental responsibility — it means building organisations that can sustain change, developing practitioners who contribute positively, and running our own business in a way we're proud of.

🌱

Sustainable Change Practice

The Striviz Framework is built around lasting adoption — not short-term compliance. We believe change that sticks reduces waste: less rework, less retraining, less disruption to people's working lives.

🌍

Environmental Responsibility

We prioritise virtual delivery options to reduce travel emissions. Where in-person delivery is required, we partner with venues that hold environmental certification and minimise single-use materials.

🤝

Community Contribution

We offer subsidised certification places for not-for-profit organisations and public sector teams with limited training budgets. Reach out to discuss eligibility.

⚖️

Ethical Business Practice

We don't make claims we can't verify, use statistics we can't source, or cite accreditations we haven't earned. Content integrity is a core operating principle at Striviz.

Most change programmes fail. Ours are built not to.

Failed change programmes are not just expensive — they're wasteful. The energy, time and resources invested in a change initiative that doesn't land represent a significant sustainability cost that rarely gets accounted for.

When people are dragged through poorly managed change, it increases burnout, attrition and disengagement — all of which carry real human and environmental costs. Effective change management reduces this waste.

The Striviz Framework's Solidify stage is built specifically to prevent the most common and wasteful outcome in change management: change that technically launches but quietly reverses within months.

Responsible delivery in practice.

💻

Virtual-First Options

Every Striviz certification programme is available as a fully virtual option — same content, same quality, significantly lower carbon footprint from reduced air and ground travel.

📄

Digital Materials

All practitioner playbooks, templates and resources are delivered digitally. Where printed materials are requested for in-person cohorts, we use recycled paper and soy-based inks.

🏢

Venue Selection

For in-person delivery, we prioritise venues with sustainable building certification, accessible public transport links and documented sustainability practices.

🍱

Catering Standards

Where catering is provided, we work with local suppliers and request plant-forward menus that minimise food waste and support local food businesses.

Helping organisations manage sustainability change.

Sustainability transformations are among the most complex change programmes organisations undertake. They require behaviour change at every level — from board policy to individual daily decisions. They face significant resistance from people who worry about cost, disruption and personal impact. And they need to sustain far beyond a typical project timeline.

The Striviz Framework is particularly well suited to sustainability transformation because it treats change as a continuous loop rather than a one-off project. Sustainability is never "done" — and neither is the change management that supports it.

Where Striviz supports sustainability change

"The organisations making the most progress on sustainability aren't the ones with the best strategy. They're the ones who've built genuine commitment at every level — and that's a change management achievement, not a communications one."

Subsidised certification for purpose-driven organisations.

Registered not-for-profit and charitable organisations are eligible for subsidised certification places on a case-by-case basis. We believe good change management shouldn't only be accessible to organisations with large training budgets.

If your organisation operates in the community, health, disability, education or environmental sectors and has limited training budget, contact us to discuss what's possible.
